Capital One needed to introduce new products like ENO while continuing to support established offerings like Quicksilver, Savor, and their broader banking ecosystem.
The challenge was clarity—each product solved a different problem, and the work needed to communicate that quickly and simply across channels.
We created content designed for real moments. For ENO, that meant reinforcing trust and fraud protection. For Quicksilver, we used a simple “before and after” system, where a card swipe triggered transformation—clear, visual, and built to scale.
We also developed content around everyday financial behavior, from animated guidance to more candid, human conversations about money. The work extended into large-scale digital experiences, including the Capital One Arena.
The result: a cohesive system of ideas that worked across formats—and helped grow the agency’s portion of the Capital One business by 66% in the first year.
